ALND Studio ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit alnd.studio, subscribe to our free guide, purchase a digital product, or work with us directly, and how we use, store, and protect that information.
By using this site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few limited ways:
- Information you give us directly: your name and email address when you opt in for the free guide, join a waitlist, or reach out by email.
- Payment information: when you purchase a digital product (such as the AI Prompt Vault or the ALND Core Kit), your payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, and Stripe's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
- Content you create in our tools: if you use an interactive worksheet or workspace tool (such as the ALND Core Kit), the answers you type are saved locally in your own browser using localStorage, so you can leave and come back without losing your work. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly export or copy it yourself.
- Basic technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) that most web hosts collect automatically for security and performance purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the free guide, purchased products, and any content you have requested
- Send you emails related to what you signed up for, including occasional updates about new tools or offers
- Respond to questions you send us directly
- Maintain the security and normal operation of the site
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site:
- MailerLite stores your name and email address if you subscribe to receive the free guide or other updates, and sends those emails on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See MailerLite's privacy policy.
- Stripe processes all payments for digital products. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Calendly may be used to schedule discovery calls, which involves sharing your name, email, and selected time with Calendly. See Calendly's privacy policy.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use minimal cookies, limited to what is necessary to verify a completed purchase (for example, confirming access to a paid product you bought). We also use your browser's local storage to save your progress inside interactive tools, purely so your work is not lost between visits. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it. Purchase records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Content you save inside browser-based tools stays on your own device and is retained only as long as your browser keeps it, or until you clear it yourself.
Your Rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from any email list at any time, using the link included in every email
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request that we delete your personal information from our systems
- Ask us any question about how your data is handled

Children's Privacy
This site and its products are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to This Policy
